ESTERO, FL – Florida Everblades President & General Manager Craig Brush along with Head Coach Brad Ralph announced Friday that defenseman and Fort Myers native Logan Roe has agreed to terms with the team for the 2018-19 season.

Roe, 26, returns for his fourth season with the Everblades after posting a career best 23 points (7g, 16a) in 54 games played last season with a plus-43 rating. Roe registered 3 points (0g, 3a) during the Everblades Kelly Cup Playoffs run. Roe has played 179 regular season games with Florida and played three games with the AHL’s Springfield Falcons, during his professional career.

“We are excited to get Logan Roe back, a guy that’s been here and is a big part of the organization,” Ralph said. “He played a huge role in our run last year and was one of our best players coming down the stretch, and certainly in playoffs. We are going to be looking for Logan to build off that experience and his ability to take his game to the next level. We are going to be relying on Logan to lead our back end too.”

Prior to joining the Everblades, the 6-4, 206-pound blueliner recorded 25 points (1g, 24a) during his four-year collegiate career at Canisius College (2011-15). Roe is a product of the Junior Everblades Association’s youth hockey program.

Roe becomes the 12th addition to the team’s roster for the 2018-19 season. To view the current roster CLICK HERE
