Jr. Blades & Jr. Everblades Bring Exclusive 14U USPHL Team To Florida

STERO, FL- The Florida Jr. Blades in conjunction with the Jr. Everblades are pleased to announce the upcoming tryout date for the new 14U team in the United States Premier Hockey League. The tryout will take place on May 19th at 1:45 p.m. and 4:45 p.m.

The tryout date announcement also brings news of an additional team, the USPHL 14U program, to the Jr. Everblades and Jr. Blades organization. The 14U USPHL team will be coached by Phil Blackwell and compete in the 14U High Performance division and Tier 1 tournaments across the country.

Additionally, the 14U program will also hold exclusive territory rights in Florida by the USPHL under the Jr. Blades umbrella, consisting of 2004 birth years. Throughout the 2018-19 season, players will have a minimum of 50 on-ice training and 1-2 hours of off-ice training per training weekend. Netminders will have a dedicated goalie coach with current Florida Everblades goaltending coach and 2016-17 ECHL Goalie of the Year Josh Robinson.
